1) How do I view your products?
To view products without registering, simply click on the desired product category (candles, glassware & accessories, spa & gift sets or NEW) and choose the sub-category you're interested in. As this is a trade-only site, most of the images and information will not be accessible without logging in. However, please feel free to click and view all "open" images for examples of some of our products and their related information.


2) What do you mean by "open only to the trade"?
Trade Only means that you must be a retailer or a reseller of the goods offered by DMW Candles. Depending on your province of business, you must have a vendor permit number or be legally permitted to resell goods and charge and remit sales taxes in your jurisdiction.


3) What is DMW's "automated price request tool" and how do I use it?
We want to make your online experience as user-friendly and stress-free as possible! Instead of you having to summarize the items you're interested in, our web site will allow you to mark or select the items you're interested in for easy price requests. On every product page you will be able to view what you have selected by clicking on the available link to the price request inquiry page. Alternatively, you can click on the "price request" link on the top menu above to see what you have selected. Once you are finished selecting products, just enter your name and e-mail address (please always use the same e-mail address so we can more easily match you with your account information) and click "Send Request". That's it! We always strive to respond to your submitted price requests within 2 business days.


4) What are DMW's "terms and policies"?

All content is copyright of DMW Candles and all rights are reserved. DMW Candles ships only to businesses with valid vendor permits from your local jurisdiction. All products offered by DMW Candles are for resale only. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Once orders are confirmed, DMW Candles accepts Visa or Mastercard. Orders will be shipped C.O.D. or prepaid until credit is established. Terms may be granted on approval of credit. Our terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice. Service charges of 2% per month will be added on overdue accounts. Please make all cheques payable to "DMW Celebrity International Inc.".

GST and Shipping & Handling costs are always extra to quoted prices. You may pay for shipping directly using your courier account. Please provide your carrier and account number along with your order if you would like to pay for shipping directly.

All goods remain the property of DMW Candles until payment has been received in full.

Orders
Minimum for shipped orders (excluding shipping & taxes): $150 CAD for candles, $100 for glassware. This minimim does not apply to birthday candles which can be shipped by the set. All items must be ordered in inner carton quantities as specified in the catalogue (and every sku page). Orders ship FOB our warehouses in Scarborough & Peterborough, ON.

Ship Complete is not always possible for importers/wholesalers. Although we make every attempt possible to ship your order as complete as possible, the timing of stock arrival may affect our ability to ship all of your products together. If you require certain products to be shipped together, please indicate this on your original order confirmation.

All pre-confirmed candle orders are also available for pick-up at our Scarborough, ON distribution centre by the inner with a minimum order of $50 CAD excluding taxes.

Damages
All merchandise claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be authorized by our office and will be accepted only in cases of true damage or defect. No un-authorized return will be accepted, plus a 15% fee + freight will be charged for any unauthorized return. Please note that many of our products are handmade, often from natural materials. Some inconsistencies in colour, size, and texture can be expected and should not be regarded as flaws.
